The role of Digital Forensics should not be limited to Investigation. It could be used to enhance the overall security level and the information security governance of an organization too. At present, most users of digital forensic tools are employees of law enforcement agencies, law firm, big accounting firms, and data recovery companies. There are very few commercial corporations have digital forensics incorporate into their day to day governance due to this misunderstanding or lack of knowledge.
The program is a 1-day conference that focuses on cyber intelligence, digital forensic and how it is transformed to become day-to-day corporate governance for business organizations which includes but not limited to, SMEs and NGO organizations of the HKSAR.
