Since WiFi 100 / 900, almost all schools has installed with WiFi to support eLearning and BYOD, however, the standards used (802.11n / ac) are already not the latest and more updated standards have been published. Also, most school’s ITED network are of 15+ years’ age and is time to update / upgrade. Therefore, Fiber to the Classroom (FTTC) is one of the options that schools will consider.
