eLearning is already a hot topics at K12 Education and more and more schools have started or tried the using of mobile devices in classrooms. However, one of the barriers of allowing students to use mobile devices in classrooms is how to manage the devices or otherwise they will be SURFED far far far away from learning and teaching. This barrier made some teachers objected to use mobile devices in classrooms.
In fact, the right attitudes towards mobile devices is to make good use of them, learn to how to managing them so as to let them to become our good tools for teaching and learning. With the advancement of technologies and Apps. There are different tools that can help. In view of this, AiTLE will held a seminar / mini-workshop at 2013-06-29 (Sat) AM. - AiTLE is glad to have Mr. Frank Tse of Fukien Secondary School (Siu Sai Wan) to share their school’s self setup Instant Messaging System (IM), and teach us how to setup one for own school.

Remark : Participants are encourage to bring their own mobile devices and pre-installed with Nearpod / Displaynote / Teamviewer Meeting / AirParrot so that can try the sharing during the event. But as the demo greatly depends on the performance of WiFi which AiTLE can only do setup at that morning. So cannot guarantee the demo with audience is of no problem.
